  • Advanced Case Report

Advanced Case Report is a general report in the form of a grid that displays the most important columns of both Case Categories (Litigation Cases and Legal Matters). The report has the Advanced Search functionality and can be exported to excel via the Actions button-> Export to Excel.
  • Cases Per Assignee Per Status

Cases per Assignee per Status is a general report in the form of a table that displays the most important columns of both Case Categories (Litigation Cases and Legal Matters) and segregates Cases first based on the Assignee and second, under the Assignee section there is a segregation based on the Status of the Cases.

The report has quick filters on the Assignee and the Case Status. It also has the Advanced Search functionality.

Cases per Assignee per Due Date is a general report in the form of a table that displays the most important columns of both Case Categories (Litigation Cases and Legal Matters) and segregates Cases first based on the Assignee and second under the Assignee section there is a segregation based on the Due Date.

 The report has quick filters on the Assignee and the Due Date. It also has the Advanced Search functionality.

 The report has quick filters on the Company and on the Role. It also has the Advanced Search functionality.

  • Cases Per External Lawyer Per Status

Cases per External Lawyer Per Status is a general report in the form of a table that displays the most important columns of both Case Categories (Litigation Cases and Legal Matters) and segregates Cases first by External Lawyer and second, under the External Lawyer section there is a segregation based on the Status of the Case.

 The report has quick filters on the External Lawyer and on the Status of the Case. It also has the Advanced Search functionality.

  • Case Value Tiers

Case Value Tiers is a table that shows the number of Cases having their Case Value fall under a specified Tier of Values (Y-axis) and having a certain Case Type (X-axis). For isntance:

The count of the Cases is a hyperlink that redirects the user to a grid that filters these Cases.

 Through the action wheel on the top right of the table, the user can

1- Configure the Tiers of the report: This can also be done from the Admin & Setup under Cases section. The report allows up to 6 tiers having the maximum of the previous Tier less than the minimum of the next Tier. For instance, the configuration page is as such:

2- The Report can be exported to excel via the Export to Excel action.

 3- The report can be Viewed in a Chart. For instance:

 

Using the action wheel on the top right, there is Back to report action that redirects the user back to the tabular report.

  • Case Values per Client Report

Case Values per Client Report is a report that shows that accumulated amount of the total of Case Values that correspond to every Client. For instance: 

By default the Date filters start with the 1st of Jan of the current year. The Quick filter on the Arrival Date is available. From the action wheel on the top right of the report, the user can

1- Export the Report to Excel

2- Show Details of the Report. For instance:

The Detailed Report can also be exported to Excel.

3- View the report in Chart for instance:

The Chart shows up to 10 top Clients. The 11th bar will the accumulation of the rest of the Clients's Case Values total Amount. Using the action wheel on the top right, there is Back to report action that redirects the user back to the tabular report.
