  • How to access it?

    In the main menu of the Money module Choose Partners.
  • Add Partner

 A Partner in App4Legal can be a Company or a Contact. A new Partner can be added directly from the Partners drop-down list.

The user can also add a New Partner from the grid of Partners via the Actions button-> Add New Partner.

A Partner can't be added on the fly.

  • Third Party Partners

They are the Partners who appear at the last column in the Invoice Details Internal. For more information, visit the Invoices page.

  • Manage Partner Accounts

A Partner in App4Legal can have several accounts with the same or different currency. In order to manage Partner Accounts, go to the Partners grid and click on the Partner Name. A table of all the available accounts is displayed.

You can add a New Account from the button on the top right or directly from the table.

An Account can also be added from the action wheel next to the Partner in the Partners grid.

From the action wheel next to the Partner in the grid the user can edit or delete an account.

An account can be deleted if there are no transactions on it.

  • Partner Shares 

  • Activation

Partner Shares feature is activated from the Money Settings in the Partners section. For more info, visit the Money Settings page.

  • Shares setting
    From the Case Level, once the Partner Shares is activated and the Partners are defined, through the action wheel on the top right of the Case, Shares of Partners can be predefined so that it take action in the Invoice module. The total of Shares shouldn't exceed 100.

    At the level of the Invoice form, under every Invoice Item, Partner shares can be set. Several Partners can have shares under one Invoice item such that the total of the Shares doesn't exceed 100.

  • Search for a Partner

  • In Advanced Search, the user can run the search based on a specific entity relevant to the Partner form, i.e. Supplier ID, Name and Type. There is a possibility also to modify the operator of search for each field (i.e. equal, begins with, contains, >, <, and more). The Advanced Search menu is hidden by default; the user needs to click on the link Advanced Search to unhide it.

  • Export to Excel

The Partners grid can be exported to an excel sheet at any moment via the Actions button on the grid-> Export to Excel. Also, search results can be exported to an excel sheet separately.
