The user may run several predefined reports from the Money Module Reports menu. In every Report, the user has the option to filter the generated data and specify the needed data as desired by defining the Filters of every Report by Date, Account, Client Name and etc...


  • Expense Reports

  • Statement of Expenses:

This report gives the Statement of any Expense Account. It can filter on Client Name, Case, Expense Category and the Paid On Dates. Moreover, Expenses can be consolidated in a group of one for every Category.

  • Expenses per Client

Expenses per Client Report is a report that shows that accumulated amount of the total of Expenses that correspond to every Client. For instance:

 

By default the Date filters start with the 1st of Jan of the current year. The Quick filter on the Expense Date is available. From the action wheel on the top right of the report, the user can 

1- Export the Report to Excel

 2- Show Details of the Report. For instance:

The Detailed Report can also be exported to Excel.

3- View in Chart

Using the action wheel on the top right, there is Back to report action that redirects the user back to the tabular report.

This report gives the Account Statement of any chosen account and date filters.

  • Accounts Reports

  • Chart of Accounts

Centralizes all the Accounts in the system. It can also be accessible from Accountant drop-down list in the Money main menu. Accounts are put in the form of a grid along with the balance available. Via the Actions button on the top right the user can Add an Account, List Client Accounts, List Supplier Accounts, List Partner Accounts or Export the list to Excel.

The Add Account form has many important fields such as:

  • Account Name
  • Account Type: Types are hard coded in the system.


  • Currency: Currencies are defined in the Money Default Values.
  • Description
  • Visible to all: This flag appears to Cash, Bank and Credit Card Accounts. It control who can see this Account and use it for Payments. It also maintains confidentiality for other Cash Accounts that belongs to the firm. Cash Accounts mapping can be seen in the Money Settings-> Petty Cash to User Mapping.
  • Save and Create Another:  For quick data entry, if the Save and Create Another check box was checked, upon Saving the Account, another Add form will appear directly until the flag is unchecked.

Accounts can also be added from the Record Expense form.

There are 2 types of Accounts: System Accounts and Non-System Accounts. System Accounts are found by default and cannot be deleted. They are flagged on the grid.

Next to every Accounts there are some Actions available in the Action wheel.

The user can View/Edit an Account, Zoom In in an Account or Delete a non-system Account. The Zoom In gives a clear idea about the transaction done related to the Account whether Debit or Credit and to what the transaction relates example INV, EXP, BILL, BILL PY etc...

The user can also Search for an Account in 2 methods: 

  • In Quick Search, from within the Chart of Accounts grid, you can type any string from the Account Name and hit Enter from your keyboard to generate your search results. 
  • Using Advanced Search, you can run your search on a specific field from the Account form. You'll have the possibility also to modify the operator of search for each field (i.e. equal, begins with, contains, >, <, and more). The Advanced Search menu is hidden by default; you need to click on the link Advanced Search from the Companies grid to view it.

  • Cases Reports

  • Judgment Value vs. Case Value per Client 

Judgment Value vs. Case Value per Client is a report that shows that accumulated amounts of Case Values, Total Expenses, Total Judgment and Total Recovered that correspond to every Client. For instance:

 

By default the Date filters start with the 1st of Jan of the current year. The Quick filter on the Arrival Date is available. From the action wheel on the top right of the report, the user can

1- Export the Report to Excel 

2- Show Details of the Report. For instance:

 

The Detailed Report can also be exported to Excel.

 

3- View the report in Chart for instance:

The Chart shows up to 10 top Clients. The 11th bar will the accumulation of the rest of the Clients's Case Values total Amount. Using the action wheel on the top right, there is Back to report action that redirects the user back to the tabular report.
