  • List/View Legal Matters

Choose Cases from the sliding menu, then choose Legal Matter List/View all the available Matters in the form of a scrollable list.

The list/view is in the form of Cards. Every Legal Matter has its ID, Type, Priority, Initial of the Assignee, Subject, Status and Arrival Date.

  • Add a Legal Matter

The User can add a Legal Matter using 2 ways
  1. The plus sign next to the Cases section in the sliding menu.
Then select Legal Matter.
2. From the green quick add plus sign at the bottom of the screen:

The Legal Matter Add form will automatically open.

Users are free to choose all the important fields that need to be tracked by choosing Additional fields

Select Case File/Ref # and Case Stage for instance, they appear directly in the form.

 

For look up fields, the mobile app will allow the user to search for Contacts and Companies that already exist in the database ex. Client field.

Once the result is found, all the user has to do is click on the appropriate search result and it will be automatically included. Text fields will prompt the keyboard to allow the user to insert text ex. Subject.

For selection fields, the user can click on any field and a pop-up will open for the user to choose ex. Case Type. Also, users have the ability to search among the options.

  • View a Legal Matter

    Once the user clicks on the Legal Matter from the list, a view page appears that has all the data inserted by the user.

  • Edit a Legal Matter

Click on the edit icon on the top right of the screen to edit a Legal Matter. In case the user just viewed the Case, navigation away back to the grid can be done through the back button on the top left of the screen.

  • Search for a Legal Matter

Using the top right Search sign, the system will allow you to insert a text to search for within the list.
