  • List/View Litigation Cases

Click on the Litigation Cases field to List/View all the available Cases in a scrollable table. In order to View a Litigation Case, just click on its section and it will open in a new page.

  • Add a Litigation Case

The user can add a Litigation Case by using the Plus sign in the bottom right of the screen. The below screen will appear.

For look up fields, the mobile app will allow the user to search for Contacts and Companies that already exist in the database ex. Client field.

Once the result is found, all the user has to do is click on the appropriate search result and it will be automatically included.

Text fields will allow the user to insert text. Once the clicks on the field, the cursor will appear and the keyboard will slide up ex. Subject.

For selection fields, the user can click on any field and a pop-up will open for the user to choose ex. Case Stage.

For Date fields, a date selector will pop-up for the user to easily insert a Date record.

  • Relate Companies and Contacts to a Litigation Case

Several Contacts and Companies can be related to a Litigation Case. They are displayed in the form of a table. The user can progressively relate several Contacts on the Case. 

The user will click under the Related Contacts to find the table of Related Contacts.

If the table was empty it will appear as such:

In order to relate Contacts to the Case, the user can click on the plus sign in the bottom right of the screen. A look up page will appear.

All the user has to do is select the needed search result and it will be related to the Case.

Whenever the user wants to check the list of Related Contacts and Companies, the "click here" section will take the user to the table that lists all the relations.

  • Edit a Litigation Case

Once the user clicks on the Case, it will open in a new scrollable page as shown below.


If the user edited some information, the information needs to be saved. In case the user just viewed the Case, navigation away back to the grid can be done through the close sign on the top left of the screen.

  • Additional fields in the Edit form of the Litigation Case

The edit form of the Case will display additional fields such as Judgment Value and Recovered Value.
