This article is meant to help clients share their tickets from Mobile for Jira through any chat app or others

Step-by-step guide

  1. From issue list, or issue details, click on three dots icon.
  2. An action sheet will appear, scroll down and select Share ${Issue key}.
  3. You will be asked to select the app you need to share through.
  4. The issue will be shared as a link for the user to browse.
